UPI and bank apps. When you complete a payment inside the Ar Wallet app, that transaction is handled entirely by your bank and the UPI network — never by this website.

Once you leave thearwallet.in, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We have no control over external sites or services.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only in the narrow cases below, and never for commercial gain:

Website service providers. Hosting and analytics companies that help operate the site process technical logs under strict confidentiality obligations. They do not receive or use your personal contact details.

Legal requirements. If a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority legally requires specific records, we will comply to the extent required under Indian law and notify you wherever permitted.

Scam documentation. If you send us a scam report, we may publish the scam's details — website names, group names, fraud patterns — in our User Safety guide to warn other users. We never publish your personal contact information.

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or the Ar Wallet app developers.

7. How We Protect Your Information

When you register, trade, or withdraw inside the Ar Wallet app, you are sharing data with the app's developers and your bank — not with this website. thearwallet.in is an independent guide. 12. Changes to This Policy
